Each singing bowl is tuned to a specific musical note (C, D, E, F, G, A, or B), and each note corresponds to one of the seven primary energy centers in the body. C corresponds to the root energy center (grounding), D to the sacral (creativity), E to the solar plexus (confidence), F to the heart (love), G to the throat (expression), A to the third eye (intuition), and B to the crown (spiritual connection). Size & Sound
Smaller bowls (6 to 8 inches) produce higher-pitched, focused tones ideal for personal practice and meditation spaces. Larger bowls (10 to 14 inches) produce deeper, more enveloping tones that fill a room and are preferred by practitioners and facilitators.
