Welcome to Alchemy Acoustics. By accessing or using our website at alchemyacoustics.com and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our website and services, including but not limited to soundbath sessions, private bookings, event experiences, and singing bowl purchases.

Alchemy Acoustics provides the following services through our Scottsdale, Arizona studio and off-site locations:

• Group crystal singing bowl soundbath sessions
• Private one-on-one sound healing experiences
• Corporate wellness and event soundbaths
• Studio space rental for practitioners
• Sale of curated Crystal Tones singing bowls

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

These terms govern the Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging program operated by Alchemy Acoustics LLC. This is a mixed messaging program. Service (transactional) consent and marketing (promotional) consent are collected separately, each through its own checkbox, and you may opt in to one, both, or neither.

Program Description

When you submit our contact form with your phone number, you may check either or both consent boxes to receive text messages from Alchemy Acoustics. Depending on which you check, messages may include:

• Service — inquiry responses: replies to questions or requests submitted through the website.
• Service — booking coordination: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and reminders for soundbaths, private sessions, viewings, and events.
• Service — order updates: status and delivery updates for singing bowl purchases.
• Service — customer support: help, clarification, or follow-up related to your inquiry or services.
• Marketing — promotional messages: upcoming soundbaths and events, new collection arrivals, studio news, and occasional special offers or early-access booking windows. These are sent only if you check the separate marketing consent box.

Consent is collected only through the two unchecked SMS consent checkboxes on our contact form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages depending on the nature of your inquiry, booking activity, order status, or engagement with Alchemy Acoustics.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Alchemy Acoustics does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge message or data fees.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

No Third-Party Sharing

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network operator and is outside the control of Alchemy Acoustics.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the appropriate consent required by applicable law.

When booking a soundbath session or private experience through our website:

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• Group session sizes may be limited to maintain the quality of the experience

For private sessions and event bookings, a custom quote will be provided based on your specific requirements. Pricing may vary based on group size, location, duration, and special requests.

When purchasing singing bowls or services from Alchemy Acoustics:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers
• You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Each singing bowl is a unique, handcrafted instrument. Colors, patterns, and tonal qualities may vary slightly from images shown on the website
• Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase

Due to the handcrafted nature of our Crystal Tones singing bowls, each piece is one-of-a-kind. We encourage you to use our Compare and Listen feature to find the bowl that resonates with you.

Session Cancellations

• Group sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• Private sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling
• Event bookings require 7 days notice for cancellation
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund

Product Returns

• Singing bowls may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written permission

The Alchemy Acoustics name, logo, and "A Crystal Tones Experience" tagline are trademarks of Alchemy Acoustics. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alchemy Acoustics and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Sound healing and soundbath experiences are offered for wellness and relaxation purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Alchemy Acoustics makes no representations about the therapeutic efficacy of sound healing. Individual experiences may vary. Our sessions are intended to promote relaxation and well-being and are not medical treatments.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alchemy Acoustics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
