We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona and travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area at no extra charge. For destinations beyond 50 miles, a travel fee applies. We also accommodate out-of-state events. Contact us for details.
We need a quiet, flat area of approximately 15x20 feet for up to 25 guests. For outdoor events, a shaded area is preferred. We bring all equipment. You just provide the space.
Our standard setup accommodates up to 50 guests comfortably. For larger groups, we bring additional bowls and facilitators. There is no minimum group size.
Pricing varies based on group size, location, duration, and any custom requests. Most off-site experiences start at $500. We provide a detailed quote after reviewing your submission.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For corporate events and weddings, 4-6 weeks is ideal. Last-minute requests are welcome. We accommodate when possible.
Absolutely. We tailor every session to your event. This includes specific intentions, duration, bowl selection, guided meditation themes, and integration with other programming like yoga or breathwork.
