What Is a Crystal Soundbath?
A crystal soundbath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you lie down in a comfortable position while pure quartz crystal singing bowls are played around you. The sustained tones and frequencies interact with your body at a cellular level, guiding your brainwaves from active beta states into deeply relaxed theta and delta states. Unlike traditional music, the purpose is not entertainment — it is to create a vibrational environment that supports healing, release, and restoration. Each bowl is tuned to a specific note that corresponds to an energy center in the body, creating a full-spectrum harmonic experience.
What Should You Wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and unrestricted. Most guests choose soft, stretchy clothing — think yoga pants, a cozy sweatshirt, or layers you can adjust. Our studio is temperature-controlled, but everyone's body responds differently during deep relaxation. Some people get warm, others get cool. Layers are your best friend. Avoid anything with stiff buttons, belts, or jewelry that might press into you while lying down.

What Should You Bring?
You do not need to bring anything. We provide yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows for every guest. If you have a personal pillow, favorite blanket, or eye mask you prefer, you are welcome to bring it. A water bottle is recommended — many guests feel thirsty after a session as the body processes the experience.
What Happens During a Session?
When you arrive, our team will greet you, walk you through the space, and help you get settled on your mat. The session begins with a brief guided introduction — a few minutes of breathwork or intention setting to help you transition from your day into stillness. Then the sound begins. For the next 45 to 60 minutes, you will be bathed in waves of crystal frequencies. Some guests fall asleep, others enter a deeply meditative state, and some experience vivid imagery or emotional release. There is no wrong way to experience it.
What to Expect Afterward
Most guests describe feeling profoundly relaxed, clear-headed, and emotionally lighter. Some feel energized, others feel sleepy. Give yourself permission to move slowly after the session — hydrate, sit quietly for a few minutes, and avoid rushing back into stimulation. The effects of a soundbath can continue to unfold over the next 24 to 48 hours as your body integrates the experience.
Tips for First-Timers
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in without rushing. Silence your phone completely. Set a personal intention if it feels natural, but do not force it. Release any expectations about what you should feel. Trust the process. Many guests say their second or third session is when things really clicked, so give yourself the gift of returning.
